Jill Gerry is the Division President of Hartizen Homes, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the architecture, construction, and homebuilding industries.

Jill began her career with an internationally recognized commercial architecture firm before joining an international specialty contractor. In 2014, she joined Ryan Homes, an NVR company, where she advanced through leadership roles in sales, operations, and land acquisition, ultimately becoming General Manager of Land.

Since joining Hartizen Homes as Division President in June 2023, Jill has led the company’s strategic growth and overall performance throughout the Greater Orlando area. Her responsibilities span land acquisition and development, sales, marketing, production, purchasing, financial performance, customer experience, and team development. She is focused on delivering high-quality communities while driving disciplined growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

Under Jill’s leadership, Hartizen has significantly expanded its presence throughout Central Florida. The company expects to close more than 200 homes in 2026—representing more than 809% growth in annual closings since 2023—and nearly 300 homes in 2027. Hartizen has also received national exposure through its selection as the builder of an HGTV-featured home.
