Adam Schott is Division President for DRB Group’s Orlando Division, where he leads all aspects of the division’s operations, including land acquisition, development, construction, sales, marketing, and finance. With extensive experience across the homebuilding and residential development industry, Adam has played a key role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding land positions, and delivering communities throughout Central Florida.

Known for his strategic approach to growth and operational leadership, Adam oversees a team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of community development, from land acquisition and entitlement through home delivery and customer experience. His expertise spans land strategy, market positioning, organizational leadership, and business performance.
