Wilhelm “Willy” Nunn is the co-founder, majority owner and CEO of Homes by WestBay.  Founded in 2009, Homes by WestBay is now the largest locally owned homebuilder in Tampa Bay, currently overseeing $1 billion in assets throughout the Tampa Bay area as well as Central and Southwest Florida, employing 250 people and generating annual revenues of $750 million.  In addition to being a leading homebuilder, WestBay sells homesites to most of America’s largest homebuilders.

Willy sits on the board of Metropolitan Ministries and the University of Tampa and is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
