Andrew Charlson serves as Division President of Dream Finders Homes in Tampa, overseeing the company’s homebuilding operations throughout Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida. He is responsible for the division’s growth strategy, land acquisition, construction, and sales.
With more than 12 years at Dream Finders Homes, Andrew has held several senior leadership positions across the Southeast. Prior to assuming leadership of the Tampa division in 2025, he served as Division President of the Savannah/Hilton Head division and previously held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Jacksonville.
His experience across multiple Southeast markets brings a practical perspective to land strategy, homebuyer demand, and navigating the challenges and opportunities facing today’s homebuilding industry.
