Trish Hanchette is a seasoned homebuilding executive with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As President of McKee Homes, she leads the company's operations with a strong focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and talent development. 

As a  graduate of Baylor University with a B.A. in Foreign Service, Trish has built and led high-performing teams in the homebuilding industry, overseen major land acquisitions, and played a pivotal role in expanding McKee Homes’ footprint across The Triangle and eastern North Carolina.

 A true trailblazer in the homebuilding industry, Trish admires leaders who combine excellence with compassion.  This leadership has led to industry recognition for both McKee Homes and her personally, including Triangle Business Journal Women in Business Award in 2021.

Trish is passionate about empowering women in the construction industry and has spearheaded support and recruitment of women builders.  Each year, McKee participates in an all women team for Habitat for Humanity. 

Deeply committed to philanthropy, Trish  leads McKee Homes’ fundraising efforts for Alzheimer’s research, a cause the company passionately supports. On a personal level, she is a breast cancer survivor and a dedicated advocate for Type 1 Diabetes awareness, inspired by her daughter’s diagnosis at age four.
