As the President of Legend Homes, Bella Vista Homes, and Princeton Classic Homes., Tanya Rizzo is responsible for the sales, marketing, and customer care organization and driving key operational efficiencies.  Tanya is motivated by inspiring and developing others, as well as leading through change that translates into measurable business results.

Prior to joining the company, Tanya worked for over 11 years in several sales and marketing leadership roles at Pulte Group, Inc. of Houston.  During her tenure at Pulte Group, Inc., she led the launch of the Del Webb® Active Adult brand in Houston.  In her years as a Sales Manager, Tanya was awarded to the President’s Club as the #1 Sales Manager nationally.  

Tanya started her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she served on various audit engagements both in the public and private sector.  It is this experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers that grew her agility in working cross-functionally and for providing the analysis necessary to consistently achieve and exceed operational goals.  

Tanya's adeptness in critical thinking and project prioritization has propelled remarkable business results, including a revenue surge of over 200% to $630 million since her tenure began, with annual sales orders surpassing 2,300. Under her leadership, the company has been consecutively recognized as a Top Place to Work from 2019 to 2023.

Actively engaged in industry leadership, Tanya has been a member of the Jeff Shore Leadership Roundtable, collaborating with experts in residential construction for innovative sales strategies. She also contributes to advancing women in the housing industry through her involvement with the Women Housing Leadership Group (WHLG) and the Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) Houston chapter.    

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin. Based in Houston, Texas, she enjoys family life with her two young children and an abundance of four-legged companions, where the animal inhabitants slightly outnumber the human residents.
