Susan Heffron oversees and directs our research on a variety of project types throughout the Southeast, managing a staff of analysts and consultants that support research throughout the east/southeastern portion of the Unites States. While Susan’s experience is extensive, her primary focus at Zonda is related residential projects (including for sale and purpose built communities) as well as providing expertise and analysis related to the entitlements of residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality related projects.
