Nick has extensive experience managing development and construction projects both internationally and in the Puget Sound Region. In addition to construction and development management, Nick has 15+ years of business ownership and management expertise. He specializes in organizational structure and provides the TCG team with an effective and efficient management presence, maximizing the company’s production without sacrificing quality of product and work-life balance. Nick is also the co-founder of the nonprofit organization Construction for Change (CfC) and its prior executive director and chairman of the board. During his time in leadership with CfC, he helped raise more than $1 million toward funding and executing construction projects in East Asia, Africa, and South America. Nick graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in construction management. When he is not with his wife and two kids, you can find him on the river or on the course.
