Frenchy is currently the Region President for RIchmond American Homes Desert Region leading our Phoenix, Tucson, Austin, and Albuquerque Divisions. Since 2015 our regional team has added 176 new communities across the region investing over $500M on over 8,000 lots. In the last 8 years our Desert Region Team has generated more than $3B in total home closing revenue and closed over 9,000 homes.
