Kyle is currently the Houston Division President and, effective 1/1/25, will become the Texas Region President of Meritage Homes (NYSE).  Meritage Homes is the 5^th largest builder in America, 4^th largest builder in Houston, and 3^rd largest homebuilder in Texas.  Kyle’s career in homebuilding spans over 30 years and includes roles with Pulte Homes, KB Home, and Westin Homes in a variety of capacities including Corporate Vice President and Treasurer, Regional Vice President of Finance, Division Executive Vice President, Division President, and Regional President.  Before entering the homebuilding industry, Kyle worked for a large midwestern regional bank now owned by JP Morgan Chase in the commercial and investment banking field.
