Jake Wagner serves as the Co-CEO of Republic Property Group, a private development company with a legacy spanning over 53 years. He steers the company's strategic direction, and portfolio of master-planned communities projected to surpass $5 billion in assessed value and accommodate over 70,000 residents.  Republic Property Group’s portfolio also includes build-to-rent initiatives through the Record Street brand, homeowners’ association management and cutting-edge technology services.

During his tenure at Republic, Jake’s active role in acquisitions, government approvals, financing and project management has contributed to its steady growth. He has been recognized by The Urban Land Institute on their Global 40 Under 40 Leaders and by as D CEO’s Dallas 500.

Prior to Republic Property Group, he brokered land transactions across Texas with Landmark Interests and Trammell Crow Residential. Jake lives in Dallas with his wife Caroline and their 3 kids.  He is deeply rooted and active in the community as a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.  He also serves on both the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board of Directors and the St. Marks School of Texas Board of Trustees. He is a graduate of the University of Texas.
