Hampton Pitts is a Raleigh NC residential real estate veteran, with over 35 years of experience acquiring, entitling, developing, and building residential neighborhoods of all types.  

A graduate of N C State University, Hampton’s career includes 16 years with Centex Homes, 5 years with Ashton Woods Homes, and 5 years at Stanley Martin Homes, where he currently serves as Division President of the Raleigh division and the Coastal Carolinas division for the company. Stanley Martin Homes, owned by the Diawa House group out of Japan, is a top 20 builder nationally by volume, and is one of the fastest growing homebuilders in the US, with a focus on developing single family, townhome and condominium communities in 14 markets along the east coast.
