Gavin is a North Carolina native and a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill who began his career in new home sales at the age of 22. He has been with Lennar for over 12 years, joining through its acquisition of CalAtlantic. Gavin transitioned into land acquisition 8 years ago, where he has since expanded the team from three to a high-performing group of 11.
