Chloe Firebaugh is Vice President of Land Acquisitions for M/I Homes of Tampa, LLC and has more than 20 years of experience in the residential homebuilding industry. She also serves as the Chair of the Pinellas County Housing Authority.  Chloe is a graduate of both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, as well as a member of the Class of 2020 for Leadership St. Pete.  

For more than 25 years, Chloe has dedicated her time to community endeavors across Tampa Bay.  She has served on the boards of a variety of non-profit organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, the Junior League of St. Petersburg, Mainsail Art Festival, Museum of Fine Arts, The Margaret Acheson Stuart Society, the Pinellas Education Foundation, Daughters of the American Revolution Saint Petersburg Chapter, All Children’s Hospital Guild, and The Queen’s Court.  She is a past president of the Junior League of St. Petersburg (2009-2010), The Margaret Acheson Stuart Society (2018-2019), DAR (2017-2019), and The Queen’s Court (2021-2023).
