Freericks is the President of the Phoenix Region for Howard Hughes. He is responsible for leading the residential and commercial development, leasing, and operations of Teravalis, Howard Hughes’ new 37,000-acre master planned community located in the Phoenix West Valley. For nearly two decades, he was an executive with Scottsdale-based DMB Associates, Inc., serving as president from 2012 to 2016. He is past chair of ULI Arizona District Council remaining active in local ULI programs, and is chairman emeritus of Fighter Country Partnership and Fighter Country Foundation, the premier community support organizations for Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona.
