Carl Perrone is Senior Vice President at Brookfield and is responsible for Brookfield’s Land & Housing investment and growth strategy across North America focusing primarily on driving existing and new market capital, acquisition and partnership strategies. Brookfield’s Land & Housing group currently operates a development and housing organization focused on community development, for-sale, for-rent and commercial mixed-use products in 24 markets in North America with investments in many more.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Mr. Perrone worked in various partnerships roles investing in and developing projects in the southwestern US and with Sunbelt Holdings, where he focused on real estate investments in Arizona, US.

Mr. Perrone holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University.  He also serves on a variety of community driven boards in professional and charitable organizations.
