An experienced leader in the homebuilding industry for 20 years, Brian Batten currently serves as a Division President for Lennar’s Tampa division. Prior to joining Lennar, Brian served as the Division President for North Central Florida with K Hovnanian Homes. Prior to that, he built a high performing team at LGI Homes for nearly 12 years. Brian’s strategic insights drove LGI Homes’ expansion into Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia, as well as the successful launch of operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to LGI Homes, Brian honed his skills with Perry Homes and various custom home builders in Texas.

Brian leads one of the Lennar’s largest divisions with communities spanning from Brooksville to Palmetto, Florida. Brian is an industry leader in one of the country’s most robust housing markets with Lennar building nearly 900 homes a quarter.  

Brian attended Stephen F. Austin State University with a focus on Land Management. He is relocating to Tampa with his wife and four children and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
