Vishaal Gupta began his career in the real estate industry at Park Square Homes, his family’s homebuilding company based in Orlando, FL. Vishaal’s father, Suresh Gupta, and grandfather, Braham Aggarwal, founded Park Square Homes in 1984. The company has built over 15,000 homes for families throughout Florida. Vishaal has held numerous management positions over the years, and in 2015 was named chief executive officer of Park Square Homes.
Vishaal is also the founder and chief executive officer of Kimaya, a full-service commercial real estate investment, development and management firm based in Orlando, FL. Founded in 2015, Kimaya’s diverse development portfolio includes multifamily, build-to-rent, senior residences, hotel, retail, office, and beyond.
In addition to Park Square Homes and Kimaya, Vishaal oversees other affiliated companies, including mortgage, title, and property management to provide a full-service home buying experience to homeowners in the for-sale and for-rent housing space.
Vishaal actively supports the local community with leadership and philanthropy. He is a mentor for Central Florida Foundation’s Social Enterprise Accelerator, serves on the boards of the Orlando Police Foundation and HomeAid Orlando, and is the former Orlando Chapter chair for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is also a member of the Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership. Vishaal has also been honored with numerous accolades. Most notably, he was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal and Professional Builder Magazine as a “40 under 40” honoree.
Vishaal is honored to sit on the board of directors for his family’s foundation, the Aggarwal and Gupta Family Foundation, who has donated over $10M to empower people to achieve their highest potential by supporting access to pathways for lifelong education and wellbeing.
Vishaal graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Emory University in Atlanta, and his Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York. He is currently participating in the Presidents’ Programs at both Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
